My last 36 hours

I woke up feeling sick, fever and pain in my head and throat..typical on my day off:( however, me and grandma had planned a lunch for some time and i didn’t want to cancel that. Anna came with as well and we had a really nice afternoon, even if i was shaking from cold..

No training, but that was compensated with caroline and jessica coming over makin scones and tea, yummi!

Today i woke up feeling a lot better and went to Hif for the last time. I couldn’t hear anything (blocked ears) and didn’t see clear since they told me not to put lenses in when I’m sick, but everything went well and i said thanks and bye:) got a t-shirt with all signatures, really happy for that, and nice words to take with me in the future:)

Feels good to have finished, but also a bit weird! Ten weeks is a long time and i will for sure miss them:) i am really grateful for this time and think it will mean a lot to me in my future career!
After napping for an hour i went down and had a three hour long coffee with a friend and her kid, one of the kindest kids i have ever met. Didn’t cry once during these three hours! Wow!

Now another SATC evening has come to its end..me and pyttis ate and just enjoyed watching tv, pausing when there was something we had to talk about…who will be my neighbour and SATC friend in zermatt? In umeå it was suss, in helsingborg pyttis…

will HIF take three titles this season

Good morning!

Today there’s alot of sport and exercise on my schedule. Meeting up with a young thriathlet for some training and later this afternoon I’m going to HIF to watch them win the Swedish Cup. Would be awesome if they won, since that would mean they taken three titles this year. Yesterday I was at the gym for the first time since my operation, felt good, except that it was hard to feel my core. Basically did more big musclegroups and skipped the pure core! Now I’m waiting for the muscle soreness…

Have a good day!

Today is THE day

Good morning=)

Today is the day which every true Helsingborg soccer fan has been waiting for the last 11 years. That’s how long ago they won the liga gold! But today is the last game this season, against a stockholm team called AIK. HIF already know they won, they have known it for a month now, so pretty hard to stay motivated! At 16.30 they play, and then it’s party the whole night! Yay!

First I really wanted to go and be there to celebrate as well, I guess I could have been there if I would have asked. But I think I would feel a bit stupid to jump around and be happy and celebrate something that I don’t have a very big part of. I mean, I was there in the A-team for a month during summer and I will be there for two more months, beginning november, but I would really just feel misplaced to be in the locker room today. So, instead I’m gonna work so my cousin can go to the game. He has ticket and everything but was supposed to work til 17.15…And then mum and me have dance. We practised a bit this morning. Foxtrot is what we have to practise most=)

Have a great day and if you are in Helsingborg I really hope you come to the city to celebrate the SM gold! I will be there after dancing!

New running paths

Yo!

Soon time to go to HIF and train the U17. The weather is SHIT here, rainrainrain! I hope we will be inside in the hall, but I think we will be outside. I guess the hall is fully booked=( We will make the knee control program a bit more advanced today, more explosive! And for some guys there will be some extra core, they need to find their deep muscles instead of the six pack=)

Yesterday me and Demian were out jogging. I let Demian decide where to run, really good fun! We ran everywhere, small paths criss cross (can you say criss cross) and not the paths I normally go, or at least not in that order! We also ran on the beach for a while, that really sucks the energy out of your legs! NICE! But today I have pain in my foot again, so maybe that was a bit to unstable for it.

However, today’s advice is to run with a new friend, or at least someone who doesn’t run like you always do. Let the other person be in charge and just follow, and use your fantasy! Don’t be scared to leave the path and discover new environments!

GO!

Celebrations

Sitting in Fahlmans having a afternoon snack:) it is the cinnamonroll day here in Sweden and I gladly celebrate this big day! I’m also preparing for knee control with HIF U19! it’s time for something new so I’m looking at different exercises for them! I will give them a challenge, something to bite in! And for some there will be a little bit more core! Look forward to see them again:)

Afterwards I have to bike quick to next client, this time grandma! Last time we trained she had made a huge progress, so will be interesting to see what she can do this time! My ”move in” party is in a week and if she could walk up all the stairs it would be fantastic!

Mmm! This cinnamonroll was amazing, I could easily eat 10 more! But I won’t…one is enough!

Over and out;)
