Brr, its getting cold here in Zermatt! Minus 3 today when we performed our best at the power walk. Two new faces showed up giving lots of energy to our group! We welcome everyone who wants to join us, the more the merrier!
I put on my winter tights, shorts over and ski socks, plus four layers of shirts and jackets! Perfectly dressed! Now i have to run to next PT client, will try to remember taking pictures!
And then i am going to post some info about foooood!
