Seriously, it is like walking in a fairytale….and then half way we stop and do some hardcore exercises, and then we continue the walk in our fairytale:)

Powerwalk without rain
The weather forecast said 7 liters of rain per square meter when we were supposed to go for power walk on tuesday morning. Many cancelled the night before, but two tough ones didnt care about the water! Turned out to be a beautiful morning without a drop..even sunshine!!! Thanks for a nice morning:)
Power walk in SUNSHINE
Finally SUN!!! I think we had 3 weeks without a real sunshine day. 5 degrees as worst:( but today the summer seems to have arrived, about time! Here are some pics from todays powerwalk!
Freezing cold morning
Brrr, 7 degrees this morning!! Changed the powerwalk route last minute so we wouldnt freeze our hands off! We walked towards zmutt and found a nice place in the sun to do 6 exercises. Butt, calves and core!!!
I love the mornings with the power walk group! They are my best days since i feel so full o energy afterwards:)

Yehepp, the power walks are on again! So nice to be out in the nature in the morning and see new paths and views around zermatt! Here some puctures of the strength exercises we did yesterday:)

After rain comes sunshine! Ann and andreas finally got to see the matterhorn and enjoy the good lige in zermatt! First power walk and then a gourmet walk up to chez vrony! Yummi!
Now work for me and tomorrow a whole day in IKEA!!!! Not so excited as I sound..but will be nice to have it done! This time demis mum will stay in Zermatt with Filippa! Better for all of us!

Second day of work
Long time no see…but now holidays are over and i am back in zermatt and also back to work:) love it! Already had massages, personal training and power walk…plus office and economy…lots to do! Here a few pics from the days:)
