Crossfit visp
Filippa and I went down to Visp and the new crossfit place to watch a competition that was held there! Really cool training location! 
Filippa sat quiet and watched for about 30min, she was impressed too!
The competition continues tomorrow so go down and cheer and get inspired!

Everybody who does the steil ist geil are heroes, but in all competitions we honor the 1st, 2nd and 3rd, as well in steil ist geil!

Under 30
the 11th of august i did the matterhorn trail in 36.42, very slow to be me. I got angry and decided that this autumn is the autumn when i will come under 30min. My record so far is just over 31min. Today i did it in 32.59!!! Gah!!! Lets see if i can beat that next week!!!

If you look pretty after training you disnt train hard enough, remember that dear readers!
Ps. The record in matterhorn training is 18.21 by martin anthamatten and 27.08 by viktoria kreuzer
Zermatt Marathon pictures
no marathon for me since i couldnt get rid of my cold on time:( but i had many friends who did an amazing performance in the heat! One of them was my sister in law, nina! she joined a team 2 days before and ran her first half marathon!! So cool! Well done nina!!! And congratulations to everyone else as well, i am so inpressed of all of you!

It’s not just any BBQ
I am very happy that Alain Kuster, the gourmet chef from Hotel Mirabeau in Zermatt will be grill master on Saturdays BBQ up by the finish line at Sunnegga! He will not only serve us his delicious salad, but also take place in the race. He will start first, so no one has to be worried that they have to wait long for their BBQ! THANK YOU ALAIN!!!
Time to move on…
Nehepp, that didnt go the way i wanted:( crap!!! Went home after the race, had a warm bath and now i have been in bed for two hours just relaxing and listening to the speaker and the prize giving in the village. Time to move on, there are more races coming.
